In case of questions regarding the management of the website or the use of the system, OptimalSite distributor or developer will always provide support and consultations by telephone or e-mail. 

Guarantee

The developer of the product provides a guarantee for OptimalSite software equipment. During the product's guarantee period, the distributor or the developer undertake to eliminate any flaws in the system's functioning in the shortest possible time.
